Network Geotechnics is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bryce Mattson as Quality Manager.

Mr Mattson will be responsible for the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and will implement best practice processes across the QMS. One of Mr Mattson’s first goals will be preparing the company for the implementation of Annex 3.5 of the NATA CMT Fields Application Document, which comes into effect in July 2013 and involves major changes to the way NATA Signatory is awarded to Technicians.

Mr Mattson brings a wealth of experience to the role. His previous role was Lead Assessor and Senior Client Coordinator at NATA where he was responsible for auditing CMT Laboratories for compliance to NATA/ISO/IEC 17025.

Business Manager at Network Geotechnics Matt King said the appointment is another step forward for the company.

“We are pleased to welcome Bryce to the team. He has come on board at an exciting time as we prepare for our next phase of growth,” he said.

Mr King also emphasised the appointment as a point of differentiation to other CMT providers.

“Very few CMT providers have their own dedicated Quality Manager who is focused on QMS management 100% of the time and not also juggling Laboratory Management responsibilities. Fortunately we are now of a size where we require a stand alone Quality Manager and someone of Bryce’s calibre,” he said.
